Toot-n-Tell  (Joe Pinson, ASCAP)

CHORUS: Toot and tell, or go to hell.
The big sign says it all,
at the brand new, drive-through confessional lane
in the Parish of Peter and Paul.
Have your problems solved and be absolved
by a priest that works twenty-four seven.
Just toot and tell - leave the path to hell, and -
get on the road to heaven.

1.  Father, I have sinned and crossed the line.
My actions seem to have no reason or rhyme.
If I had a dollar for every horrible thought that comes
to mind, I would be a multi-millionaire in no time.

REPEAT CHORUS

2.  Father, I'm a prisoner - set me free.
Please help me be the person I should be.
It's hard to fly like an eagle,
when turkeys are all I see –
There’s a car-full up in front and one in back of me.

REPEAT CHORUS

3.  Father, you are here when I feel blue.
No one who understands me like you do.
I hope that when I visit, it’s only me and you.
The gossips can find someone else to screw.

REPEAT CHORUS
